the rooftop pool gave such a relaxing experience. I also really enjoyed the complimentary water provided in the room. the breakfast buffet had great selections and good coffee. level 5 bar granted amazing views. It was a great bonus.
the check-in process experienced a slight delay, approximately 20 minutes. it happened because the staff member was assisting someone else on the phone.
