the location was acceptable , it was close to every type of public transportation.

the air conditioning did not work , i was boiling. they also refused to supply me with an iron so i had to go to a fancy dinner in a crumpled outfit , which was not nice.

The staff was wonderfully helpful at check-in. I received clear directions and local tips. the central location made it easy to walk to many attractions. i also appreciated the proximity to the metro station. dining at the hotel restaurant was easy and the food tasted delicious.

I found the gym equipment to be a bit dated. The treadmill display flickered.

The room was nice. The premises were very clean, and I see staff clean often. The hotel's location was a highlight, as it was close to various transport options. I did appreciate the pool, especially after exploring local areas.
