Excellent Stay in the City Center

The location was perfect. It was easy to reach the main attractions. The soundproofing of the windows impressed me. Street noise was not an issue at all. The breakfast was a highlight, it offered a good variety.
I found a lack of readily available information in the room, the wifi code was not there. I had to go to the lobby to get it.

The breakfast included a wide selection of foods. Every staff member was gracious! They accommodated us. The location was perfect. Walking distance to pretty much everything.
There was next to no information regarding the hotel in the room! Specifically, the WIFI code was missing. I had to go down to the lobby to figure things out since there was no phone in the room. I paid more for a room with a balcony and city view. I had a room without a balcony and a local street view.

Excellent Stay in Central Location

My double room had square view and it was excellent. The room was generous in size. The bed and all four pillows were comfortable. I found a wardrobe for hanging clothes and a useful desk. The bathroom was clean and large with body wash, shampoo , and conditioner.
The hotel entrance is a random old door on a noisy street , and it was difficult to find.

Reception readily provided bottled water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fresh towels were provided as needed .

Breakfast offered scrambled and boiled eggs, toast and breads , pastries, and fruit. There were also veggies, salads, and cheese. Coffee and tea were also available. The dining area was clean and well kept, offering a pleasant experience.

I particularly enjoyed the live piano music each morning during breakfast. There was also a vast array of healthy options available. The hotel's location was convenient. It saved so much time getting around. My room overlooked the square, and it was wonderful. The best part was the service. I felt so welcome.
The room above was noisy. The tram stop and square were busy until late.

Breakfast included fruits, hams, cheeses, breads, rolls, yogurt, eggs, and granola, giving many choices. The space was elegant, it featured live piano music every morning. I liked that.

The hotel stands off a public square, so i was central to varied public transportation. Riverfront access and downtown attractions were within walking distance, a GREAT bonus. Many dining and bakery choices stood close by.

The room had operable French doors that opened onto the public plaza. My room felt clean and fresh, I liked that VERY much.

The staff provided really good customer service, always friendly, cute, and helpful. They seemed to go out of their way to. I felt welcome, safe and at ease here.
