Really good experience
upmost careeasy reservationnice chatrestrictive drop off
the staff showed the upmost care. Making the reservation with heidi was easy. Beth greeted me at reception and we had a nice chat. I enjoyed curated food and cocktails in FIRE where ina, zach, and cathal looked after me so well.
The restrictive drop off area limited the number of cars it could accommodate. On checkout, i had to wait 15 minutes. Then i walked out to the main street with luggage, this doesn't work well when more than one or two cars are present at a time.

The club double room was larger than most i have stayed in. The bed was comfortable, offering a restful sleep. The attention to detail throughout the room enhanced the experience.

The staff provided amazing service from arrival. The room had great detail and memorabilia. The room was very decadent. The hotel captured the spirit of the building. I found the bed to be like a giant comforter (this was a great surprise!).

I was impressed by the meticulous attention to detail evident throughout the hotel. My room had ample storage space along with comfortable seating options, including two chairs and a coffee table. The bed provided really good comfort. I particularly appreciated the high-quality feather pillows.
I found the corridors in the hotel to be a bit too dark. Better signage on the floors would help guests locate the elevators and reception more easily.

The hotel's location is superb for exploring the city center. I found the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room very satisfying. The staff provided attentive and caring service.. I particularly appreciated the food quality.

The staff was really attentive. I had a Club Double Room. The room had thoughtful quirks. The minibar had a nice selection of drinks and snacks.
The drop-off area was restrictive. It limited the number of cars. I waited 15 minutes during checkout, and then I walked to the main street with luggage! I stayed on the third floor, and it was very noisy from the bars across the street.
