the staff communicated very well through whatsapp. this made getting information easy. the online check in was simple to use. baggage lockers at the hotel were useful because i had a late flight.
the front door created a loud echo. i could hear it from my room every time it closed. free breakfast included sugary sweet pastries. they were nice to be offered but not very nutritious. the coffee machine produced terrible coffee.
