the staff were very friendly, helpful and provided lots of information. they seemed genuinely interested in helping us.
the room was very noisy i heard everything happening in the hallway and outside. the soundproofing was inadequate and made it hard to relax.

The breakfast was good, presenting a vast array of fresh, delicious options, both savory and sweet, it warmed my heart!!! A water station offered even sparkling water. Our "Accessible King Room Terrace" included a private patio on the roof, though it was too warm to sit there, so we hung our laundry and it dried quickly.
