fresh juicewater vieweasy accesslacked care
i liked the breakfast that offered fresh juice. the water view pleased me a lot, even while i ate. the sauna was easy to access and was a comfortable temperature.
the room lacked something. the staff could improve some of the care.

the staff helped me check in. they arranged spa reservations nearby at njuta spa at the last minute, which i greatly appreciated. the team members had warm smiles.

slow wifi
i'm so annoyed by the noise. i wasn't informed about this before i arrived, and it was a major disturbance. plus, the promised high-speed wifi was slow!!! it made it nearly impossible to get any work done. the staff didn't seem to care much when i complained, it was really frustrating.

non-functional telephonebroken heating
The room had a telephone that did not work. Some electrical outlets were also non-functional I found it quite inconvenient. The heating system was not working either so it was very cold I had to ask the staff to bring a space heater to the room. This was not a good experience for me
