Acceptable stay with some issues
malfunctioning heating non-functional elevator
During my stay (it was supposed to be relaxing), I encountered a few issues. The room's balcony door was open upon arrival. The temperature inside was noticeably cold. The heating system malfunctioned, requiring a room change. Unfortunately, the elevator was also out of service.

fresh juice water view easy access
i liked the breakfast that offered fresh juice. the water view pleased me a lot, even while i ate. the sauna was easy to access and was a comfortable temperature.
the room lacked something. the staff could improve some of the care.

breakfast presented wholesome, quality choices with a four hour span, so everyone could enjoy a relaxed meal. the space offered lovely views, great for starting the day.

the staff helped me check in. they arranged spa reservations nearby at njuta spa at the last minute, which i greatly appreciated. the team members had warm smiles.

the sauna sat under the main house, a unique spot. it was both magical and quite enjoyable after a long day of travel. i liked that the hotel provides a serene location.

the area enabled one to enjoy the natural setting of the baltic sea. the hotel is located outside of the main stockholm area. the ferry is also close by.

The executive double room sea view was great for my stay of two nights. it had wonderful sea views. housekeeping staff were excellent. They maintained the room well.
There was no lift up from the breakfast room..

i'm so annoyed by the noise. i wasn't informed about this before i arrived, and it was a major disturbance. plus, the promised high-speed wifi was slow!!! it made it nearly impossible to get any work done. the staff didn't seem to care much when i complained, it was really frustrating.

non-functional telephone broken heating
The room had a telephone that did not work. Some electrical outlets were also non-functional I found it quite inconvenient. The heating system was not working either so it was very cold I had to ask the staff to bring a space heater to the room. This was not a good experience for me
