I found my stay quite special. the heated swimming pool was wonderful even when it rained, that's a nice perk. They were very attentive. the free fast charging station for my electric vehicle was a real bonus.

i noticed that the rooms were decorated with a lot of cheap, bling-bling items. it may be suitable for a wedding venue, but it felt a bit overwhelming. more than one night, i wouldn't like to look at that.

the restaurant offered a bistro experience during evenings, that felt very casual and relaxed. breakfasts featured nice selections that started the day off properly. they were enjoyable. the staff seemed very knowledgeable about the wines.

the room was tastefully decorated and maintained a high level of comfort. rituals toiletries were provided, it added a luxurious touch. everything i needed was supplied, including a nespresso machine and a kettle.

The location is near st emillion, just a short drive away. spacious grounds surround the building. It enhanced the peaceful experience. lots of parking is available . That was helpful.

the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. they helped with my enquiries about a local winemaker. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom had a quirky arrangement.

the beautiful gardens had some areas that could use a little more attention. this minor detail didn't detract from the overall stay. though

The restaurant closure upon arrival proved quite inconvenient. finding an alternative dining option required a seven-minute drive. the paper cups in the room seemed out of sync with the setting. Proper glassware is expected. the room temperature was uncomfortably low initially, and the heating took an extended time to reach a suitable level.
