The staff were SO attentive. Breakfast was WONDERFUL and included lots of options. The room was large and had space to unpack suitcases!!!
The air conditioning did not work and leaked onto the table. I mentioned this at reception and they said someone would look at it but NO one came.

the staff was friendly. a breakfast was good, and i found a lot of options for me. the room it was cleaned daily, that was nice.
my room, a superior room balcony, have a cigarette smoke smell. i told the front desk, but they not fix it. the hotel stay far from the city center. i need take a bus, then a train.

The air conditioning did not work at all. It also leaked onto a table. i reported it to reception, and they said someone would look at it, but nobody came. the shower head was broken and leaked from all sides.

Acceptable Stay, Some Disappointments

The air conditioning did not work at all. It leaked onto the table underneath. I told the reception desk, and they said someone would come to check it. No one came. The shower head was broken and leaked everywhere! When I told the reception the next morning, the woman said she was sorry but could not do anything because she had just returned from vacation.
