convenient location super clean cleanliness delicious breakfast
The location near public transport was convenient. i appreciated the super clean cleanliness of the entire hotel. breakfast was AMAZING. There were so many choices. i also liked the welcome drinks at the reception!
i noticed the beds could benefit from mattress toppers.

fantastic stay near the action!
close underground comfortable room drinks voucher
The underground station is super close. It took me to the city center in a flash, less than ten minutes! i appreciated coming back to a comfortable room. It had so much space! i was seriously impressed that they reward you for reduced cleaning services. If you skip a cleaning, you get a drinks voucher at the bar!

the hotel boasts very easy access with the metro station right across from it, which makes navigating the area wonderfully uncomplicated. there is also the convenience of many attractions being directly accessible by metro, really making it easy. i loved that!

Breakfast started very early on working days, beginning at 6:30 am, and suited early flights perfectly! the variety of options was amazing. it all tasted so delicious. The breakfast alone made me want to come back!

There is a parking garage. It made everything smooth because i didn't have to search for a parking spot! the staff was available and happy to help, and the facilities were always clean. it was great!

The location provided easy access to public transport. The U-bahn station was very close. The breakfast included good variety. I appreciated the complimentary hot wine at reception. I found the fitness center decent and the smart TV helpful. I used it to cast my phone. The air conditioning worked well during summer.
I found that the staff did not speak languages well.

unhelpful staff limited parking
i didnt like somethings . finding parking was a real headache, i spent so much time searching. the staff werent super helpful with it, i felt a bit stranded. the bar also seemed a bit understaffed, i waited quite a while for service each time, frustrating.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Encountered
The location is convenient, situated directly across the road from the metro station.
The air conditioning pushed out hot air because the hotel had switched on the heating. A room at 25-30 Celsius is not comfortable for sleep. I found the lack of advice from staff unhelpful.

The staff at the hotel were very polite. They were also very helpful. I found a great outdoor area to relax. The hotel is close to the train station with only four stops to the center.
My kettle was broken. I asked for a new one, but I was told to wait until the next day. The air conditioning was pushing out hot air. The hotel had switched on the heating because the weather changed.
