excellent stay on sunset side

i found the staff to be helpful and friendly. i appreciated the free bikes available for exploring. breakfast was great with many choices to select from. i thought the location on the quieter side of the island away from the port was a plus.
the minibar was not well-stocked only a coca cola and a sprite were there. this seemed a bit limited for a hotel of this level. i think more variety would improve the experience.

The hotel enjoys a beachfront position across from a beautiful beach. It is just a short distance from restaurants. the hotel is approximately fifteen minutes by horse carriage from the harbor promoting a tranquil setting. this location provides a peaceful atmosphere away from busier areas.

the cottage room features big and comfortable pillows that i liked. the cottage was super clean and cozy which i appreciated. the room design added positively to my overall experience at the hotel.

i enjoyed the design, comfort, and really good ambience here. the staff was very friendly and professional. breakfast was a la carte, which i thought was a great touch. they also arranged everything i needed including boat transfers and snorkeling trips.
the beach had some trash in the 20cm area between the water and shore. i would have loved to see someone cleaning it regularly. it wasn't a huge issue, but it would have made things even better.

the beautiful cottage was clean and beautiful. food and drinks were good here. the hotel also offered free bikes for getting around.
the restaurant staff needs more training on service. i ordered scrambled egg, but they delivered soft boiled egg. the staff just shrugged with no offer to replace it. it was disappointing.

I really liked this hotel. my double room garden view included a small balcony with a hammock. breakfast had delicious options and a buffet with pastries and treats. AMAZING!!! i spent much of my time at the pool with a swim-up bar.
the room space was quite small, and the bathroom felt a little congested.

wonderful stay with some minor hiccups

i appreciated the friendly staff, especially andi. the pool area had plenty of beds for lounging. the food was consistently excellent, receiving a perfect score from me (it really was a highlight!). i enjoyed the free bikes available for exploring the island. it made getting around easy and fun (i used it every day!). breakfast offered many choices. the hotel's design created comfort. the location was away from the busy central market. the sunset views right in front of the hotel were really good.
