Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The staff was very helpful with directions (they also organized an airport pick-up for me). The bathroom was nice. I found the bed very comfortable for good sleep.

The reception staff were very helpful and arranged airport transfers (prompt and reliable!). The hotel enjoys a central location. Windows open easily and temperature adjustments worked well. We enjoyed two excellent dinners at Soul Kitchen, the hotel's partner restaurant, not far from the hotel.
I did notice a faint smell of smoke coming through the ventilation system.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and provided quick responses to requests . The reception team ensured a smooth check-in process and offered assistance with local directions. I found their help very valuable.

The room featured a large, modern walk-in rain shower. a separate shower head (a great touch!). The bed was very comfortable and the space felt very quiet, despite the central location. There were also slippers available.

The hotel is located close to restaurants and other stores. The hotel's sister restaurant, Soul Kitchen, is also nearby, next to the river. I found the hotel clean and modern.

The air conditioning in the first room did not work, so i had to wait an hour to switch rooms. This wasted my limited time.

I had an issue with the shower. The handheld shower head was broken. It had no holder to shower comfortably. I had to hold it with one hand while washing.
