Acceptable, but some issues with the room
large variety turkish foods poor housekeeping water policy
The breakfast had a large variety of Turkish foods. I also appreciated the Turkish table setup.
The housekeeping service needs improvement, i noticed cups and spoons used for coffee were not washed up . The bed was made though. the hotel only provides complimentary water bottles on the day of check-in, which i found ridiculous (i could have made separate bookings for each day to get better treatment).

A decent stay
walking distance balloon viewpoint house keeping water bottle
i enjoyed that the hotel was walking distance from the city center. key balloon viewpoint were close. the staff helped with transfers and gave food recommendations. it was helpful.
house keeping service needs a improvement. they did not wash up the cups. the hotel only provides complimentary water on the day of check-in. it was ridiculous.

unwashed cups water provision
The housekeeping requires improvements. Staff did not wash the cups used for coffee. Staff only made the bed. The hotel provided complimentary water only on the day of check-in. I expected more, given what I paid for the room.

mixed feelings about the stay
the location was quite central making it easy to reach local attractions
the bathroom had a noticeable smell i requested it be addressed but nothing was done the persistent odour detracted from the overall experience

quiet stay IN A cave
turkish options outdoor space friendly staff
the pool had plenty of space for everyone. the breakfast included several turkish options and fresh fruit. i found the location was great. it was a short walk to the town center. the staff was very friendly.
i felt the housekeeping could improve. the cups and spoons were not cleaned daily.

the room included air conditioning, THOUGH it turned off after twenty minutes. the bed was comfortable. i did not detect any odors. the cave room had a unique CHARM.
