I appreciated the central courtyard. It allowed for relaxation in a nice and nothing noisy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is great, a short walk from main tourist attractions.
the ROOM was very cold. there was no heating AC. The bathroom seat fell off. The toilet paper dispenser also fell off.

the underground parking costed 15 eur and it was very helpful. the staff were friendly. a good bar was around the corner for breakfast. i found the location easily.
my duvet was too hot. i asked for aircon but it wasnt available. another guest smoked and the smell went in my room. the hotel had no kettle in the room, what was not great.

The reception staff gave useful tips about local sights and places to eat. They provided a map. the personnel were friendly and helpful. They were very good with directions. the staff communicated well. I rate them highly.
