convenient and well-located
central location free parking pleasant view
the hotel is centrally located and the staff were friendly and informative they assisted with planning our trip. the free parking was a great bonus. my room was quiet and clean and it offered a pleasant view from the sixth floor.
the gym could have been better equipped.

The rooftop pool provided a relaxing experience with nice views. It has several loungers. there is a well kept sun deck available . Its access is unrestricted throughout the day.

The breakfast offered a great variety. I especially enjoyed fresh pastries. the food at the restaurant was flavorful and promptly served. It included local cuisine. the hotel bar had a wide selection of cocktails.

The reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful with directions. one staff member were really nice too assist me in locating a lost item. I found this very helpful. the hotel also facilitated renting a wheelchair for my partner.

The room was clean and quiet providing a comfortable environment. the layout was modern with well-placed lighting fixtures. the air conditioning worked effectively to maintain a consistent temperature. It was useful during warm days.

excellent location comfy bed great shower unwashed glasses no cups extra water costs
i found the location excellent. the shower was great, and the bed was very comfy. i especially enjoyed the lovely air conditioning.
the cleaners did not wash the glasses i used for rinsing my teeth. there were no cups in the room. bottled water cost extra after the first night, i thought it was a little too much.

okay stay at the hotel
convenient parking tight space food court walking distance dining menu awesome menu stale room smoke smell machine efficiency partial work offer refusal cava bottle
i enjoyed the convenient parking under the hotel even if the spaces were tight. i thought the food court in walking distance was a huge plus. also, i really liked the dining menu at the restaurant.
our room smelled stale, LIKE smoke and mold. i did report the smell immediately, and the hotel did send a machine to try and get rid of the smell. however, it only worked partially at BEST.
