convenient and well-located

the hotel is centrally located and the staff were friendly and informative they assisted with planning our trip. the free parking was a great bonus. my room was quiet and clean and it offered a pleasant view from the sixth floor.
the gym could have been better equipped.

The rooftop pool provided a relaxing experience with nice views. It has several loungers. there is a well-kept sun deck available . Its access is unrestricted throughout the day.

The breakfast offered a great variety. I especially enjoyed fresh pastries. the food at the restaurant was flavorful and promptly served. It included local cuisine. the hotel bar had a wide selection of cocktails.

The reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful with directions. one staff member were great too assist me in locating a lost item. I found this very helpful. the hotel also facilitated renting a wheelchair for my partner.

The room was clean and quiet providing a comfortable environment. the layout was modern with well-placed lighting fixtures. the air conditioning worked effectively to maintain a consistent temperature. It was useful during warm days.

i found the location excellent. the shower was great, and the bed was very comfy. i especially enjoyed the lovely air conditioning.
the cleaners did not wash the glasses i used for rinsing my teeth. there were no cups in the room. bottled water cost extra after the first night, i thought it was a little too much.

i enjoyed the convenient parking under the hotel even if the spaces were tight. i thought the food court in walking distance was a huge plus. also, i really liked the dining menu at the restaurant.
our room smelled stale, LIKE smoke and mold. i did report the smell immediately, and the hotel did send a machine to try and get rid of the smell. however, it only worked partially at BEST.
