I found the staff very cute and helpful . They were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The free coffee in the lounge was a nice touch and the garden offered a relaxing space. Umbrellas were available. This proved invaluable on rainy days.
The absence of air conditioning was a noticeable issue. This impacted the overall comfort, especially during warmer periods.

The staff were helpful, especially with directions to local attractions. Their guidance made exploring easy. i also appreciated the hotel's location, near the railway station. it allowed for smooth travel arrangements.
The room was rather small. Space was tight with basic furniture. the bathroom layout was a bit awkward. there was not enough space between the toilet and the wall. the shower door didn't fully close.

I found the staff to be quite helpful. They gave recommendations for food options. I appreciate the honesty bar and coffee in the lounge. I wished I had time to listen to records there.
The pillows felt uncomfortable. I believe the hotel amenities match those of a three-star hotel, not a four-star one. I think it costs too much for its value when compared to hotels nearby.
