The room included a kettle with coffee and tea, very useful. There was also a fridge containing two complimentary bottles of water. The powerful air-conditioner worked very well (a significant plus in warmer months).

the noise from the radiators was excessive throughout the night i could not sleep properly the bed was also not comfortable i paid expecting a proper rest but this hotel failed to deliver it

our online check-in was delayed by 2 hours. this was because the room assigned to us was given to a different couple. this caused us to change our plans including missing reservations long booked for a museum and restaurant.
