adequate, but needs some work
broken elevator moldy shower head
the staff mostly smiled, so that's something, i guess.
the elevator was out of order during my entire stay, and i was on the top floor so i had to use the stairs. also, the shower head had mold, which really made me question the overall cleanliness and i finded it disgusting to use. the pillows were really thick and hard.

excellent location friendly staff welcome drinks
The location was EXCELLENT! It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly. They greeted me at the door and offered drinks and sweets. My room included everything needed.
The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, making it slightly difficult to get comfortable.

Acceptable stay with some issues
helpful staff good location clean room double bed missing cover hard pillow
The staff were friendly and willing to help with my questions. The location was pretty good, situated near the tourist area. The room I had was clean and in good condition.
I found there was no option for two separate beds. The room only had a double bed available. There were no duvet covers provided, just plain sheets. The pillows were not very comfortable, with only one soft pillow for two guests and two other pillows were too hard.

helpful staff great wifi functional fridge secure safe
the staff was amazing. the room had wifi, a fridge, a safe, and a garden view. i especially appreciated how pleasant and helpful the staff were, they definitely. it was a perfect room with everything i needed!
the breakfast was a little limited. it could have had more variety.
