a haven so sweet

the staff had a sweetness to them, it was like a warm embrace. breakfast felt so special with the delicious selection. it was so easy to walk everywhere, the area held a certain charm for me.
i found the mini bar was not working initially, it was a little disappointing.

the breakfast was quite good. it offered a large variety of dishes each day. i appreciated that the staff introduced some extra dishes such as tiramisu. the location is central and convenient to many attractions.
the first room i received had a distinct smoking odor. this was unexpected and unpleasant. the receptionist was not helpful in resolving this initially. i had to request a change, but it only happened the next afternoon.
