fantastic stay with lovely views

central location breakfast options matterhorn view

the location was central and very convenient to everything. i enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with many options available. the room faced the matterhorn offering a amazing view each morning.

the pillows felt a little flat for my preference.

the building stands right in the town center providing easy access to shops. there is a ski bus stop directly outside the hotel simplifying travel to the slopes. the train station is also a short walk away.

the complimentary breakfast includes a variety of choices catering to different tastes. i especially liked the hot chocolate available each morning. they consistently refilled items keeping the breakfast fresh.

rude attitude back side

I found the breakfast staff quite off-putting. Their attitude felt rude. also, my room on the backside lacked any view whatsoever. i was really hoping for at least a glimpse of the surrounding landscape but got nothing. the absence of a view from the room was a major disappointment, and certainly affected my overall impression, even the bed was very small and narrow

the location was good because it was a short walk from the train station.

it was loud and made it difficult to leave the hotel. the beds also felt a bit hard and i didn't find a top sheet for the bed.
