Excellent Stay with Great Views
clean hotel friendly staff varied breakfast convenient elevator
My room included a balcony overlooking the garden patio area. The hotel offered a very clean environment, and the staff members were helpful. Breakfast featured a good selection (I especially enjoyed the fresh bread rolls!). The hotel also has an elevator, very useful for moving luggage.
The pillows provided little support, so I had to roll them up to get comfortable.

The hotel features a sauna open every afternoon that is clean and has all comforts. Luggage storage is available to guests at no cost. There is also a small kitchen, a coffee machine, and cutlery in the room.

The staff was very kind and helpful with directions. The breakfast service was convenient. Staff helped me arrange for luggage storage after checkout. I found the reception staff to be particularly friendly.

Solid Stay Near the Slopes
easy access delicious breakfast
The hotel's location provided easy access to the gondola. This made reaching the slopes simple, even while carrying ski equipment. The breakfast was also delicious. The variety of options ensured a good start to the day.
There was no hot water available one morning before checkout. This technical issue was inconvenient and could have been addressed earlier.

The room included standard sockets and USB-C sockets. I found this very useful. The view from the balcony directly faced the summit. It was fantastic.

a decent experience
good view same options great breakfast terrible pillows firm bed body wash
the location is alright, it is a bit from the main train station. our room has a good view, it has the matterhorn. breakfast is pretty good, though the options are the same each day.
the shampoo is not actual shampoo, it is body wash, you can use as shampoo. pillows are terrible, they just disappear, you have to roll them up to give support. bed is too firm.
