Solid Stay Near the Slopes

The hotel's location provided easy access to the gondola. This made reaching the slopes simple, even while carrying ski equipment. The breakfast was also delicious. The variety of options ensured a good start to the day.
There was no hot water available one morning before checkout. This technical issue was inconvenient and could have been addressed earlier.

the location is alright, it is a bit from the main train station. our room has a good view, it has the matterhorn. breakfast is pretty good, though the options are the same each day.
the shampoo is not actual shampoo, it is body wash, you can use as shampoo. pillows are terrible, they just disappear, you have to roll them up to give support. bed is too firm.
