Solid stay with tram access
large roomgood varietyhelpful staff
the room was larger than i expected. breakfast had a good variety and was restocked often. the street outside was well lit (an important safety detail). the staff were helpful and accommodating.
the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

the breakfast buffet included local dishes (which i always appreciate). the breakfast room is on the sixth floor with a terrace. i didn't use it due to weather, but it looked nice.

the reception is always open. the staff is nice and most speak english. i found them quick to respond to any question or need i had (even a request for an extra pillow).

friendly staffclose supermarket
the staff was friendly. netflix on the tv added to the experience. the supermarket was close by, that was very helpful, i got a twin room balcony, it was nice.
