The pillows were quite uncomfortable! They felt lumpy and provided little support. the noise from the street was VERY loud, even with the windows closed. Constant traffic sounds persisted throughout the night.

I enjoyed the spacious and clean room. It had everything I needed, including air conditioning and a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop located right in front of the hotel.

The curtains are not lined. There is no blackout facility. Light poured in very early. I found the pillows uncomfortable.

i appreciated the large room (it reminded me of a suite!). the bed was big and comfortable and ensured restful nights. i found complimentary water and coffee in the room, a nice touch. a dental kit was available, another detail showing attention.

the street noise was noticeable, especially during peak hours (i'm a light sleeper).

a rather average stay

constant noiseclogged drain

my room faced a busy street and the noise was constant (i could hear every car passing by). the soundproofing was really inadequate. also, the shower drain was clogged. i informed the staff, but nothing happened.

the room had good space. a balcony with lots of light came with it. the bed felt soft though i slept fine, and the shower worked well. a fridge sat in the room which i always find helpful. staff were nice, especially when i checked in, as one helped me carry my bags from the car.
