The location was amazing! i could easily walk to nishiki market. lots of cafes and restaurants are really close. the twin room was very spacious with comfy beds and pillows! the bathroom was large. I really loved the shower.
the windows are frosted, so i couldn't see outside.

the rooms are generously sized for japan, offering extra comfort. i saw staff provide a chair to aid a guest with limited mobility in the bathroom. That was really thoughtful.

this hotel boasts a prime spot, a short stroll from nishiki market. it has easy access to the main station. i discovered a lot of fantastic food choices around the hotel, really close by too!

There is a lovely café located on the ground floor, so convenient! i loved the breakfasts. I had a different breakfast platter each day! the coffee was AMAZING!!!

the location was convenient, near nishiki market and various dining options, including the hotel's restaurant. also, it wasn't too far from the main station.
the staff seemed to rigidly adhere to rules without much concern for assisting tourists. breakfast offered limited options and slow service. i'd say vegan options were messed up with eggs included.
