Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

great location friendly staff helpful staff reasonable prices
The hotel's location is fantastic. It's a short walk to Nishiki Market, perfect for food lovers. Taxis and Ubers found the hotel easily, and 7/11s and Family Marts are very close (very useful!). The staff were superb and always friendly, assisting with luggage shipping and directions. I appreciated the restaurant attached to the hotel. It offered great breakfast and lunch options at reasonable prices.
The windows are frosted, so there is no view to the outside.

rigid staff messed-up options
the location was convenient, near nishiki market and various dining options, including the hotel's restaurant. also, it wasn't too far from the main station.
the staff seemed to rigidly adhere to rules without much concern for assisting tourists. breakfast offered limited options and slow service. i'd say vegan options were messed up with eggs included.
