i stayed in the executive twin room sofa bed non smoking and it was perfect i loved the onsen on the top floor it had separate sections for men and women this made it very relaxing the breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge variety of choices. the location was super convenient to dotonbori. the staff helped me ship my luggage to tokyo they spoke english very well i thought this was wonderful. the front desk provided wine glasses carefully wrapped when i asked. the hotel also has special outfits for going to the spa i found this very thoughtful.
the bathroom was very small with limited space for toiletries

The location was great and very close to train stations. I especially enjoyed the rooftop onsen and sauna at the hotel. It stayed open late. The view of the skyline was amazing from my room.
The carpet in the room felt a bit dirty. the breakfast buffet had limited choices.

The location was unbeatable, right next to dotonbori and many restaurants. it made exploring the city easy. i especially liked the onsen after a busy day. It was a great way to relax. the public baths and sauna facilities were amazing!!!
i found the room to be smaller than expected, though i know this is common in japan. the bathroom felt a bit cramped, but it was manageable for my short stay.

the location is very close to dotonburi and a train station. my children appreciated the spa. the hotel was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. the pajamas provided were comfortable to wear.
the hotel corridors and public places looked old. the carpets seemed worn. the breakfast buffet was crowded. it tasted like mass produced food.
