great location sandy beaches coffee facilities restaurant flies smoking area rude waiter
The location is wonderful, it is right on the beach! There are great sandy beaches on both sides of the hotel. I had tea and coffee making facilities in my room (new since my last visit!).
I found a lot of flies in the restaurant. The standard seemed lower, and people were smoking in the entertainment area. A bar waiter demanded payment for two small bottles of water (I found this rude).

delicious food fine beach helpful staff
The food was delicious (the paella was my favorite!). The beach is fine and easily accessible from the hotel. My room was super clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful, a great experience.

slow lifts room location
the pool area was kept perfectly clean and there were plenty of sun beds to choose from.
The lifts were a nightmare . they took ages to arrive, and the doors seemed to operate at a snail's pace. my room faced what sounded like a noisy boiler room. It was not quiet. the food quality has decreased.

friendly staff great variety really good location
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was good and offered great variety. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the entire place and the really good location right on the beach (wow!).
The gym equipment looked quite old and could use some updating.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh towels were provided daily. A mini-bar was stocked with soft drinks, water, and beer. It had plenty of storage space.

The main restaurant offered a wide selection of freshly cooked meat. Freshly cooked fish and pasta were available. Salads, soups, and vegetables completed the buffet. Many desserts and fruits were available.

Two main pools plus a children's pool ensured ample space for everyone. Tall palm trees provided natural shade. Sunbeds were available. There was direct beach access just a few steps from the pool area.

Staff removed plates quickly in the restaurant. Drinks were promptly brought to the table upon request. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly (always with a smile!). The bar staff ensured glasses were never empty.

The hotel offered direct access to miles of sandy beach. A small supermarket was located nearby. Some restaurants are within a short walk. The hotel is on one of the island's most beautiful beaches.

the location boasts direct access to the beach. our double room offered a clear view of the ocean. (such a wonderful sight to wake up to!). the breakfast included omelette and sparkling wine.
the gym equipment was dated, with limited modern machines.
