the room had decent size. I liked THE swimming pool. Staff members were very helpful. They cleaned the room every day.
the bus dropped me at the main road, and nobody mentioned the two flights of stairs i needed to use.

The suite had a top floor with a good view. Beds and pillows were GOOD. The hotel provided a reasonable choice for food including fish, meat, salads and vegetables. The salad buffet was very NICE.
the welcome upon arrival from the reception staff was not GREAT.

daily room cleaning included fresh towels. the air conditioning operated well, with quiet performance. i liked the provided table and sun loungers right outside the room, these were a good addition. meal times were very relaxed. There were no queues. the self-service drinks were convenient, and the pizzas tasted restaurant quality. the pool area looked well-kept. Staff cleaned around it daily.
The snack bar closes relatively early. It closes at 5pm daily, i feel. guests seeking later options have limited choices. i believe a later closing time would improve the all-inclusive experience

the suite featured a large patio complete with sun loungers, this allowed for comfortable relaxation. beds were comfortable, and i found the temperature ideal for sleeping, even without air conditioning. the suites provided ample space for unwinding.

the restaurant offered varied dining spaces, it allowed guests to choose between indoor and outdoor seating. the self-service drink options included a good selection, so everyone could find something. fresh omelettes made to order were a particular highlight in the mornings.

The hotel is situated within a manageable walking distance of the seafront and playa blanca, about 20 minutes. Taxis are readily available! for those preferring not to walk. the hotel is located next to a volcano, this allows for hiking opportunities.

helpful staff quiet air conditioning outdoor sun loungers
i found the staff really helpful and friendly! the air conditioning in my room worked great and was quiet. i appreciated the table and sun loungers outside my room, it was really relaxing.
The dinner drinks from the machine were not included. I had to pay, it was a shock!

the staff readily booked taxis at reception, which helped my travel. rooms were cleaned daily, this ensured fresh towels and bedding. the complex design features lovely gardens, and strolling to my room was enjoyable.

heated pool friendly staff food variety inclusive package
The staff was super friendly and really helpful. The grounds looked beautiful. The heated pool was amazing and I appreciated it. The rooms were cleaned regularly and kept in good condition.
The food really lacked variety, it was very repetitive. The drinks included in the all inclusive package included only some alcoholic beverages. I really missed some options.
