amazing experience in a fantastic location

i stayed in the ryad with three bedrooms, and it was fine. the room overlooked the pool. the breakfast had so many choices , including cereals, fruit, yoghurts, meats, and an egg station. concierge helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings , giving us directions and maps.
the spa was closed for repair , and i wasn't informed about this closure before arrival .

the hotel is central , a short walk to the city's various quarters . the cleanliness of the area stood out , as no litter was on any of the roads.

The location is excellent. i could easily walk to the main square. i also found the outdoor pool very nice. It was heated to a comfortable temperature. the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options.
the spa was closed for repairs. this was disappointing as i was looking forward to using the facilities. additionally, getting complimentary water was a constant struggle. i also had to ask for toilet paper a few times.

A nice stay

Our room had nice furnishings. The concierge helped with restaurant bookings and gave useful directions. The location made it easy to walk to different parts of the city. The area around the hotel felt very clean, I noticed no litter on the roads.
The spa was closed for repair. I did not receive prior notice about this closure.

Our beautiful junior suite had great décor. The room included welcome sweets and flowers. i found the room to be spacious, it was a VERY restful place.

Breakfast provided many choices like cereals, fruit, and meats. The hotel has an outdoor terrace for dining. The gym was excellent with modern equipment. The outdoor pool seemed quite inviting, we LOVED the pool.
