The staff was helpful as i needed assistance with directions, and they provided a map. i appreciated the room having a mini fridge. This allowed me to store some drinks and snacks, convenient.

the hallways was dimly lit, and i noticed some paint peeling, which needs addressing. the breakfast selection seemed limited, and i think some more variety could be added, such as more fruit options.

the hotel was clean and the shower worked very well. the staff are friendly and very helpful to guests. the location allowed easy access to many sites across the city via the nearby metro. I found a wonderful park just down the street from the hotel.

i walked past it several times, while confused. the receptionist did not offer assistance, even while seeing my confusion with luggage.

i was not informed about this before my arrival. builders were around outside smoking and noise from the building works was constant.

the wifi did not work , quite a big minus. the window of my room did not open, a pity because the air was not super fresh in the room. complementary tea was provided, but there were only wooden sticks and no spoons.

I liked the location near jardin de Luxembourg. It made for beautiful walks and coffee. Several cafes nearby provided lunch options. The hotel is currently renovated to a chic style. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The room did not have a fridge. I would have found one useful for storing drinks and snacks.
