i was happy that the hotel upgraded my room (i was super excited!). the staff was really polite and helpful. the design of the room was excellent and the bed was very comfy.
the breakfast was poor and the coffee machine wasn't working. i noticed a smell in my room when i arrived, but no action was taken. some bathroom parts were loose on the floor, it's true.

Wonderful Stay in a Quiet Corner

the hotel is newly refurbished with nicely decorated rooms. i particularly appreciated the excellent location, very close to all amenities. it was also within walking distance to major attractions and yet tucked away in a quiet alley. the provided l'occitane products were a nice detail.
the bathroom was a bit small. the shower water tended to flood into the rest of the bathroom. air conditioning was not available in the room, with only a heating mode available..

The location was acceptable due to proximity to several restaurants.
Air conditioning did not work. The room became uncomfortably hot. This meant sleep was restless and irritating. Plus, it took a very long time to make up the room during the day.

The room was clean. It had great shower amenities. Coffee, tea, and water were all provided. I especially liked the L'Occitane toiletries, they added a luxury touch.
The breakfast space felt a little small. I noticed some guests had left their luggage right opposite the breakfast area. This made navigating the space a little difficult.

I found the location quite central, offering easy access to various restaurants and bars. The staff members were especially polite and helpful . The room was clean. Breakfast was available, and it added convenience to my mornings.
The room could have benefitted from enhanced soundproofing. I noticed some noise from the corridor.
