The ATTENTION to detail in the room's aesthetic was Excellent. The hotel. The cenote area had great music. It was a really nice vibe. The food was amazing there, too.
The location is TERRIBLE. At breakfast, a 15% tip was automatically added to the bill , even though breakfast was included in the room rate. This was not clearly stated in the reservation details.

i totally loved my time here the cenote is a huge draw it's so refreshing the design everywhere is awesome i have never seen anything like it i arranged transport to the airport directly with the hotel and it was super seamless the staff was so helpful i even got some great restaurant recommendations
the music at night did bother me it went on super late and i could definitely hear it in my room noise cancelling headphones helped but i wish it wasn't an issue

The cenote and decor are sensational. a dj played music near the cenote. It created a relaxed vibe. Butler service was provided, and the team was amazing. Breakfast at atta restaurant was always delicious. It offered Great service.

i found the cenote quite lovely. i enjoyed the lush garden. the staff members i met, like alan, francisco, ivan, and jairo were friendly. breakfast was delicious each morning.
i experienced some noise . there seemed to be a nearby club playing loud music late into the night. this made it difficult to sleep sometimes, and i hoped for a quieter environment

The resort location was GREAT. It was within walking distance to many restaurants. It was also near the beach and some beach bars, which I liked. The room decor seemed of a high standard. I found the bracelet room key was convenient.
The air conditioning struggled with the heat. I found it hard to sleep at night. FOOD and drink prices seemed very high. A service charge was added automatically.

i loved the room size. the ac worked perfectly! i also appreciated the lack of hot water issues. the food was really the best here. the cenote was also a highlight!
i found it a bit difficult to get to the hotel without a taxi! though, that was my only real inconvenience.
