The staff, especially Eddy and Paula, provided really good and warm service. The hotel's location offered both tranquility and convenience! It was close to attractions. The on-site restaurants impressed me with high-quality food and a great atmosphere. The breakfast had fresh ingredients and was well prepared. It was a perfect start to each day.
The gym only had partially functioning treadmills, a small disappointment.

faulty wi-fipower outage
The wifi did not work properly, and the power went out for an entire night. There was no generator. i sweated all night with no fan or ac and did not sleep. at breakfast, i asked for extra poached eggs, but staff said there were none left but could fry me two eggs instead.

I WAS impressed by the attentive front desk staff and the easy availability of transport. the restaurants provided great dining options and the beds ensured comfortable sleep. The location is pretty convenient for accessing both the beach area and downtown. The apartment we occupied was unexpectedly large. It included a terrace and two balconies.
the hotel is located a bit far from the town, requiring a longer walk for most restaurants. this made deciding where to eat slightly limiting. This WAS a small inconvenience.

The communal pool offered ample space. Its area includes about twenty loungers. a dedicated section provides shaded relief from the sun. the hotel features two restaurants. Guests can conveniently choose between diverse culinary options without leaving the premises.

adequate stay with noticeable issues
constant noiseunstable balustrade
the noise was quite disruptive at times the room above had equipment running throughout the night it sounded like a constant whirl pool. this impacted sleep significantly . furthermore the rooftop pool seemed somewhat neglected the glass balustrade felt unstable raising safety concerns. the dampness within the room was also a problem all my clothes retained an unpleasant odor
