the staff was friendly. valeria accommodated my party of 16 by organizing restaurants and transfers. the breakfast buffet had a good selection range.
The air conditioning was not working. I asked for help multiple times, but the issue remained unresolved during my two-night stay, so i slept badly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . The hotel location was convenient for accessing public transportation. My room had effective climate control. It kept the temperature comfortable despite the weather outside.
The television had limited channels. I missed having more viewing options. The mattress did not feel very comfortable. I could not find a pen or paper in the room. I needed these for notes.
