The location was good, near Termini station (I appreciate being able to walk easily to transportation hubs).
The room was not soundproof at all. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms, even early in the morning, so sleeping was difficult. The breakfast was also disappointing. The quality of the food was just not good (the pastries tasted stale).

i found the hotel provided excellent value as a base to explore. i stayed for four nights. the air conditioning was efficient. breakfast was very good and replenished regularly.
the room was slightly dark though the facilities were fine.

This location provided convenient access to transport (it's good to be near the station). The staff was very accommodating. They shifted my room upon request, which I appreciated. The breakfast was more than adequate with a satisfactory selection of items. I found good restaurants right around the corner. A wide array of eating options are useful.
The room was slightly dark until I opened the shutter (though it made a big difference).
