Mixed Feelings About the Stay

I was a bit disappointed with the room's cleanliness. The balcony wasn't cleaned once . My kids brought dirt inside often. I think there was too much fish served at dinner. My children struggled to find food they liked. I wish there had been more variety for kids.

the staff were friendly and helpful to us. the rooms include bedrooms, a living area, bathrooms, and a kitchen area with a fridge. the pool is lovely and very clean for families. the hotel offer a shuttle bus that runs up and down to the beach many times daily.

the shower in the room wasn't powerful. it was insufficient.

the food had plenty of choices, many tables in the restaurant and kept clean. the food was always well cooked with good selection for all tastes. i must make special mention of on site team.

the rooms are great, it's not just a room. they are all apartments with bedrooms, living area, a bathroom, and a kitchen area with a fridge. all apartments have a balcony. cleaners come every day apart from thursday.

the staff at this hotel are fantastic. reception staff, restaurant, bar staff and cleaners are all friendly. every single member of staff i had contact with were friendly. nothing was too much trouble.

the location is further out from where we usually stay, but its still only a 10-15 min walk to the beach. main bars and shops are also easy to reach. the hotel provide a shuttle bus running up and down.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The animation team had so much enthusiasm. Joining activities was inevitable. Whenever they saw our children, they made sure to say hello. The animation team prioritized both children and adult activities, ensuring everyone had something to do.

The balcony was not cleaned during our entire stay, so the children brought debris inside often. A dirty balcony negatively impacted our overall satisfaction. Management should ensure thorough cleaning to improve guest experience.

The hotel has many activities available including billiards, ping-pong, mini-golf, tennis, and a playground. Animators organize activities for children and adults almost every day. The pool is also great for cooling off after a game of tennis.

The food included pizza, pasta, and chips, a good choice for children. The salad bar was fresh every meal time. I especially liked the dinner service availability until 22:30, very convenient for late arrivals (we arrived late on the first day).
