really good food and convenient location

i found the food variety astonishing during my four-night stay the offerings changed daily i liked the snack bar with fresh fruits sushi cheese and tacos the two pools tennis court pool table and nearby beach provided ample recreation the location is very convenient i think it is a great value for money option close to the beach.

i noticed that some staff could use customer service training especially at reception on one instance i asked about dropping off room cards and received a negative reaction this lack of communication between teams was a bit disappointing the hotel could use a refresh.

the hotel has a lovely beach nearby, super convenient! also, the gym is pretty solid. it should be serviced more often though i think.

The queues were so long. there aren't enough people at the front desk. We waited about an hour! i also didn't like that there is no internet in the rooms! only in reception.

i found the location excellent, near a beautiful beach. the breakfast selection was plentiful and of good quality. the air conditioning worked perfectly. most staff members were very cute (especially one receptionist who offered great recommendations).

the parking near the hotel was quite limited, made finding a spot a bit difficult.

The hotel location is near the beach, a real plus. Breakfast featured many options. I especially liked the variety. The room had a big, bright atmosphere with both TV and AC. The bed felt very comfortable.

i noticed the hotel lacks a car park for residents. This made parking challenging because i had to use rough ground nearby. Security became a slight concern.
