Really good Hospitality
friendly staffrooftop poolexcellent serviceconvenient parking
I was immediately accommodated upon arrival. The rooftop pool and lounge offered lovely views. I found the food and service at the lobby restaurant excellent for both dinners and breakfast. The parking garage was convenient, and the staff proved super friendly and patient.
The air conditioning did not get very cold.

ineffective air conditioningdifficult parking
The air conditioning in my room wasn't very effective, i didn't find the room temperature comfortable. the coffee provided in the room had an odd flavor. also, finding the parking was surprisingly difficult, there was a door that didn't look like an entrance. i drove past it several times. It caused some frustration!

the bedside light was located on the headboard of the bed i loved it the automatic light under the bed illuminated during the night when i got up check-in and check-out were seamless
