Solid stay in the city center
ideal location direct access convenient underground
the location was ideal for getting around. i walked easily to many attractions and restaurants. the hotel also has direct access to the underground city (this was quite convenient).
the elevators were slow at times. waiting took longer than expected especially during peak hours (i hope they address this issue).

the hotel features a well-equipped gym and a spacious pool area. i noticed the gym had three treadmills and several weight machines. the pool area included comfortable loungers and a dedicated space for relaxation.

my classic king room had ample space and a functional layout. the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. i had no issues with noise (a very peaceful experience).

the concierge was helpful with directions and recommendations. the front desk staff answered questions efficiently. requests were handled quickly and professionally (i found this quite helpful).
