The staff was helpful. the rooms were clean. the location was close to everything. Rosebank mall was a short walk. the breakfast was good with several choices.
my room faced the street. there was some noise. i could hear traffic. i wish i had asked for a room away from the road.

The location is convenient. It is close to the mall for shopping and dining (I walked there). Breakfast was good with a nice selection of dishes. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The internet access was not very reliable. I got logged out several times. There was no sponge or cloth provided for dishes in the kitchen. The bathroom sink was small. The floor often got wet when I washed my hands.
