Surprising Family Stay!
spacious rooms separate area eating places
The rooms were spacious. I was happy to see the kids had their own separate area. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is next to the Bull Run restaurant and several other eating places.
I found that there was not enough privacy. I could clearly hear sounds from the room next door.

The staff were very cute and helpful at all times. Tavern, the porter, was super helpful. He was friendly to everyone throughout my stay. They went out of their way during all stages.

The breakfast station allowed ordering food separately. The Bull Run restaurant is next door. It offers a great steak selection. Room service was efficient. I loved the food choices.

There is complimentary shuttle service to the shopping mall. The hotel is located near a variety of scenes around the city. Security was on point. I felt safe throughout my visit.

amazing breakfast green space really good kindness inadequate lighting room cleanliness basic gym
the breakfast was amazing!!! i adored the variety. the room opened onto a green space, a fine feature. the staff displayed really good kindness, addressing our needs with warmth.
the room lighting felt inadequate, it affected the ambiance. the cleanliness of the room needed improvement, i noticed dust in corners. the gym was very basic, the equipment felt outdated.

mixed experience at this hotel
dated bathroom needed refurbishment
the location is quite good for accessing nearby shopping areas.
the room i had was quite dated especially the bathroom it seemed like a step back in time and not in a good way i think a refurbishment is overdue for some of the rooms.

poor lighting subpar cleanliness
The room lighting was quite poor. the cleanliness of my room was subpar. My bed sheets were not changed for nearly a week. Staff only tidied the bed. Bathroom toiletries were not replaced for several days. The same half-used soap was returned to its box!
