the breakfast was amazing!!! i adored the variety. the room opened onto a green space, a fine feature. the staff displayed really good kindness, addressing our needs with warmth.
the room lighting felt inadequate, it affected the ambiance. the cleanliness of the room needed improvement, i noticed dust in corners. the gym was very basic, the equipment felt outdated.

the location is quite good for accessing nearby shopping areas.
the room i had was quite dated especially the bathroom it seemed like a step back in time and not in a good way i think a refurbishment is overdue for some of the rooms.

The room lighting was quite poor. the cleanliness of my room was subpar. My bed sheets were not changed for nearly a week. Staff only tidied the bed. Bathroom toiletries were not replaced for several days. The same half-used soap was returned to its box!
