ineffective heat pumpold room
The room temperature was quite challenging. The heat pump looked to be more for show than actual heating, so I wouldn't recommend this in winter. I've seen warmer igloos. It seemed older than other Ibis places, and looked like it was from the Ice Age.

the location opposite the cathedral proved very convenient. the staff was also friendly.
The room was quite small. This impacted comfort. the air conditioning emitted limited cool air. stains marked the carpet adding to a sense of neglect.

easy parkingamazing breakfastold heat pump
location was ace and right in the town center, basilica in sight. i parked easily across the street from the hotel for free and that was good. breakfast had wild blueberries, like so many, and i drunk three cups of tea. so amazing.
the room were cold and the heat pump did little so i felt a chill. it was older than what i expect from other ibis places.

the hotel included inside bicycle storage which is convenient and safe for cyclists. there is convenient parking available in the square directly opposite the hotel, so it is really easy to get your bags inside.

my room had air conditioning that worked real good, so the room temperature felt good. the room faced the basilica that shined with colors at night, it was pretty. i enjoyed it very much.

the hotel stands opposite the basilica of saint-quentin and is near the main square. many shops and restaurants are located near the hotel. public transport links are close.

the check-in process was very quick and easy, so i got to my room fast. staff were nice and polite, they treat guests like you would expect. this is helpful for tired travelers.
