the breakfast choice was acceptable.
I got my room late. it was 2:30pm and check-in should be at 2pm. there was dirty trash too. This is ridiculous for a supposed 5-star hotel.

i found the staff very helpful, especially mr van duc who arranged a very pleasant trip to hoi an with a sightseeing bus. the guide dan was fantastic. i also enjoyed a massage in a nice and safe spa environment. the breakfast was good and plentiful.
i had an issue with the room service menu. the vietnamese options were delicious, but the euro-american options were lacking. they only had soups and salads, but no sandwiches. also, the air conditioning broke three times . it was fixed each time, but it was still frustrating.

the room featured a wonderful bathtub where we enjoyed relaxing soaks after exploring. breakfast was really good (the pho was my favorite!). the staff helped with transfers.
the lighting at the desk in the room was quite dim, not ideal for reading.
