The breakfast had many choices and everything tasted fresh. i used the swimming pool. It was clean and nice. the location provided convenience. it was near the river and a vincom plaza.
The shower bar broke and fell. there was no apology given, though it was fixed quickly. the staff's english seemed limited. the laundry service entered my room at 7 a.m. without permission. It was quite jarring.

Ngoc at reception upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast for one morning. This. She was friendly. Other staff members, including Huong in Chao Bar, did everything they could to ensure our visit was nice. I am very grateful for the great experience!
The shower bar in our bathroom broke and fell. It hit my child. No apology was offered. Though someone repaired it right away, it was not fully fixed. We received no offer for a different room.
