river views was nice

heated seat toiletlovely slipperscomplimentary waterserious mistake
the room was large with a self flushing toilet. it also had lovely slippers. the room included complimentary water. showering overlooked the river.
the receptionist made a serious mistake with charges. she did not explain the charges in advance. she handed me the card machine and charged the full amount to my card. this included the room rate and a deposit. it occurred without explanation or a receipt.

the hotel had a rooftop bar. it allowed easy walk to the yuen garden area for street food. restaurants were in the bfc area opposite the hotel.

the reception staff helped with setup alipay. staff helped me negotiate round the city easily. english was used by tourist sector workers. young people used english too.
