the room was clean. (that was a relief)
I found the service inconsistent. the front desk seemed understaffed during peak hours, resulting in long wait times. The noise started early each morning, not ideal.

A mixed experience. Some issues with service

the staff was helpful, especially when i needed something resolved.
I had issues with the email service before my arrival. My requests weren't properly received. i also found dust under the cabinets in the room. an old cream bottle. it made me question how thoroughly the room was cleaned. It was quite disappointing.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to key attractions. I walked to the Bund and Yu Garden. The room featured a work desk. This enhanced the comfort . The staff were helpful.
I encountered a delay during check-in. The process required more time. I felt it could be streamlined.
