The staff were kind. they upgraded my room, which i appreciated. rooms were clean and spacious. I found it quite enjoyable! the bar had many food and drink options, a great selection.

the hotel location near the metro station al jaddaf was convenient.
The bar upstairs was not managed well. Ordering drinks and food took a long time. several times i went to the bar during open hours. No one showed up. i waited for someone to take my order. No one came.

The breakfast had good options and variety, so that was acceptable.
I found the room very noisy, due to hearing the neighbors very clearly on all sides of me. It was very bothersome. Other similarly priced hotels offer better insulation.
