Collins, the night receptionist was polite and professional. He provided warm hospitality. Check in was easy and left a good impression. The hotel location is great and close to key areas.
The gym small size was disappointing. It was difficult to complete my workout with limited equipment. More space and additional machines would improve it.

The rooms provided ample space and included very comfortable large beds. the pool was expansive, heated, and rarely crowded, a true oasis. taxis were consistently available just outside. This added convenience. staff members showed willingness to assist.
The air conditioning fan seemed strong. It made balancing room temperature tricky.

The room was clean. Housekeeping services were prompt. The hotel location is very convenient (close to the metro). I found it very easy to access key attractions.
