I was frustrated with a couple of things . First, the shower was unbelievably small. I had minimal room to move. I was disappointed there was no complimentary bottled water in the room. It was only available for purchase from the minibar. Given the price of the room, this felt cheap.

Breakfast had GREAT variety, it suited everyone. The location IS amazing, right in the center. Interesting sites ARE nearby, within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly, this.
The rooms are SMALL and could benefit from some updates.

The breakfast setting is BEAUTIFUL on the rooftop terrace. A VAST selection of food is available and the service is attentive. Staff offers personal attention to individual preferences, it is nice.

The room included a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, i find. Air conditioning WAS effective. The rooms offer adequate space for luggage and movement, that's great.

The hotel staff are VERY friendly and accommodating with requests. They provided helpful directions and recommendations. Marco IS very helpful with room allocations and requests for assistance.

The location is amazing. I enjoyed the view from the terrace during breakfast. It was very relaxing. The breakfast was good. a very nice stay.
The room felt outdated. It was like stepping back into the 1950s, and the room was quite tired-looking. The bathroom showed signs of wear and really needed a facelift to.
