The location was convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The daily room service kept everything tidy and FRESH. The lift access was also helpful with my luggage.
The room I booked seemed a bit smaller compared to the pictures I saw online, a little disappointing.

The staff helped me with my luggage upon arrival. The air conditioner in my Triple Room worked effectively.
The room size was quite small , and the bed also felt small. I noticed they did not provide complimentary water bottles , which is unusual.
