The staff is WONDERFUL! They are attentive and professional. Nothing proved too much trouble at ALL. I always anticipate returning to this place with JOY! The breakfast was BEAUTIFUL, including extra touches like vitamin shots and greek yogurt with toppings. The grounds are immaculate and well kept.
The shower in my room made a SLIGHTLY horrible noise.

the hotel is beautifully set in fabulous gardens. i was encouraged to explore the well-kept grounds. i found the staff very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was good (especially the fresh local options).
the furniture in my suite looked a little tired.
